FOLLOWING ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS ATTEMPTING THE PAPER THROUGH GOOGLE FORM:
a) All students must appear in this exam on the given date and time of examination only.
b) Paper / Google Form once submitted will not be available for editing / correction.
c) Multiple logins with same Gmail account is not permissible. Students must appear in this examination by logging in their own Gmail account. Multiple forms submitted through one Gmail account will not be evaluated and the result will be withheld.
d) There will be three separate versions of this paper i.e. English, Hindi and Punjabi. Students can opt to appear in any of these versions he / she is comfortable with.
e) The students are required to choose / select the answer of their choice for each question to be attempted by clicking on the options given and then submit form after completing the paper.
f) The link for the paper will be removed after the examination time, however, the form will keep accepting the responses for 60 minutes after the completion of the exam.
g) After submitting the form, an auto reply will be sent to the Email address associated with submission of form to authenticate that your form has been submitted.
h) The students must take a screenshot of the screen which appears after submitting the form and keep this screenshot with them till the result is declared.
i) There is one and only mode for the candidates to appear in this online examination and that is through this Google Form. This paper WILL NOT BE available for downloading i.e. this paper CANNOT BE attempted by downloading it.
j) The submission of this form will be through Clicking on Submit Form option which will be available at the last page / section of the paper. The form can only be submitted after clicking on the checkbox having written ‘’AFTER CLICKING THE CHECKBOX, PROCEED TO CLICK ON SUBMIT TO END THE EXAMINATION” and then, finally by clicking on the SUBMIT button.
k) No other mode is permitted for submitting the answers except this Google Form. No hard copy of the answers sheet will be entertained at the University. All students must ensure that they submit only the Google Form on which they will be attempting the paper.
l) All Students are advised to attempt this examination from a suitable place as per their choice and convenience where uninterrupted network connectivity is available. In case of any network disruptions, the google form is disconnected and students have to re-start the test, which will lead to loss of time available to the student and must be avoided.
